the location was convenient. i received a complimentary room upgrade, which i appreciated greatly. AMPLE free parking was available and a big plus. my room included all necessities needed and was VERY comfortable.
the changing rooms at the spa were somewhat untidy, needing some attention.

the room was generally clean and well-kept, however, some minor cosmetic issues existed. i noticed small stains on the carpet, but overall it was quite neat. the bed was very comfortable and had quality linens.

the restaurant offered a good variety. the breakfast buffet included hot and cold options, such as pastries and fresh fruit. the dinner menu featured local dishes and international choices, providing something for everyone.

the staff were friendly AND helpful . they addressed all my questions promptly and efficiently. EVERY request was met with a smile and a positive attitude which i appreciate.
